Job summary

Well Born Real Estate Management Limited seeks a Technical Officer/Assistant Technical Officer to supervise a technical team responsible for maintenance and operations of building systems in luxury residential properties in Hong Kong.

The role requires a Higher Diploma in a related field, 5 years of property maintenance experience, and strong English/Chinese communication. Putonghua is an advantage; the company offers comprehensive fringe benefits and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Team player with good communication under pressure.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in property maintenance projects and alterations.
• Higher Diploma in relevant building services fields is required.

TECHNICAL OFFICER/ASSISTANT TECHNICAL OFFICER (Ref.: WB-140-Hpri-2026)

Supervise a technical team in the residential properties to ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective maintenance, repair and operating of building systems and facilities;

Assist in arranging budgets and control the expenses on E&M contracts;

Liaise and handle owner’s / tenant’s requests on technical related services.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Building Studies, Building Surveying, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

5 years relevant experience in property maintenance management;

A good team player with excellent communication skills and well prepared to work under pressure;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage;

Hands on experience in property maintenance project, property addition / alteration, fitting out & reinstatement;

With registering an electrical worker grade A;

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
