Job summary

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day building maintenance and oversee facilities upkeep for commercial properties in Hong Kong. You will drive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and support improvement projects as needed.

Applicants should have a degree with 4+ years or a Higher Diploma with 6+ years in Building Services or related fields, with strong English and Chinese communication. Less-experienced candidates may be considered for Engineer roles.
