Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is representing a reputable local bank in Hong Kong seeking an Operations Officer for Security Control Administrative tasks. The role focuses on maintaining access control matrices for banking systems and supporting security control operations within the Administrative Department.

You will review workflows, prepare reports, assist in projects and UAT, and handle ad-hoc tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or higher.
• 3 years of banking industry experience preferred.
• Experience handling access right systems is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Security Control Administrative Operations Officer

A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for an Operations Officer to join her Administrative Department in Operations Division to support the security control section.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update and maintain access control matrix of banking application systems
• Answer inquiries from branches, service centers, and other internal departments
• Review workflow and make recommendations for re-engineering
• Prepare reports, participate in projects, and perform UAT
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above
• 3 years of working experience in the banking industry is preferable
• Experience in handling access right systems is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Hardworking, independent, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
