Job summary

CITIC Securities International in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations professional to manage payment settlements, token rights tracking, and client account opening processes. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple departments across the firm.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience, preferably in financial services.
• Detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and process payment settlements accurately and in line with timelines and regulations.

Job description

• Track and monitor token rights, entitlements to ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Coordinate and manage account opening procedures for clients, including document collection and forms review/filling.
• Handling general administrative tasks and liaising with other departments as required.
• Provide support to other operations’ tasks as assigned from time to time.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Master's Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or any related disciplines.
• 2 – 4 years of working experience, preferably gained in the financial services industry. Settlement experience would be an advantage.
• Proactive and mature, with a high level of attention to detail; able to work independently under pressure and with a strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other presentation applications, with the ability to produce accurate and well‑presented work.
