Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Analyst to support fund services workflows. You will perform reconciliation, NAV calculations, settlement processing, and invoicing support, while liaising with other departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

We value attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and fluent Mandarin and English communication. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
• 2-4 years of experience in financial services (Fund Services a plus)
• Proactive, mature, high attention to detail, able to work independently under pressure
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presentation tools

Responsibilities

• Processing settlement on payment.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or any related disciplines.
• 2-4 years of working experience preferably gained in the financial services industry. Experience in Fund Services experience would be a plus.
• Proactive, mature, high level of attention to detail, able to work independently under pressure and strong sense of meeting tight committed deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation applications, including the ability to produce neatly presented work.
