Chong Hing Bank Limited is seeking a Manager, Settlement in the Card Business & Payment Solutions Department. The role focuses on accurate daily settlement, reconciliation, reporting, and process improvement for card partners and customers.

The candidate will ensure compliance with AML policies and collaborate with internal teams on ad hoc projects, system enhancements, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in credit card business or financial sector.
• Good understanding of transaction processing of credit card/acquiring merchant business is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mind and sensitive in figures.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsabilidades

• Process and reconcile day-to-day accounting entries, books and ledgers for partners, card associations and customers.
• Handle account maintenance and transaction entries to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure daily settlement tasks with all parties meet card association requirements.
• Prepare regular reports to card associations and management on time.
• Support investigations and resolutions of settlement problems and implement improvements.

Manager, Settlement

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile day-to-day accounting entries, accounting books and ledgers in relation to business partners, card associations and customers for ensuring its correctness
• Process the account maintenance, transaction entry, etc. to ensure its correctness
• Ensure the daily settlement task with all parties are executed timely to meet pre-defined card association requirements
• Prepare the regular reports to card association and management on time
• Support the investigation and resolution of daily settlement problems, exception cases and suggest improvement/prevention measures
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s relevant AML policy guidelines and section’s relevant operations procedure manuals when handling card accounts
• Support ad hoc tasks, projects, system enhancement as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above or in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience, preferably in credit card business and/or financial sector
• Good understanding and knowledge of transaction processing of credit card/acquiring merchant business is an advantage
