Responsibilities
Payroll & Benefits: Process monthly payroll, update HRIS master data, and administer benefit programs.
Records & Leave: Maintain physical/digital files, track leave, and process status updates.
Lifecycle Logistics: Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, execute reference checks, and draft official letters.
Recruitment Support: Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and arrange candidate interviews.
Compliance & Admin: Maintain training/performance logs and assist with audits.
Ad-hoc Duties: Perform tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
1–2 years of relevant HR experience (experience in HRIS is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Positive, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Able to commit 4 days per week (weekdays only)
