Job summary

Hang Lung Properties Limited invites an experienced HR professional to join our team in a Business Partnering role. You will collaborate with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment and HR programs, ensuring timely hiring and regulatory compliance across Hong Kong and the Mainland.

Responsibilities include budgeting, manpower planning, performance reviews, salary reviews, and employee engagement initiatives, while aligning HR practices with business goals and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws and statutory compliance; exposure to Chinese Mainland regulations preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Officer level.

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of short-term and long-term HR strategies that enable business sustainability and growth.
  • Continuously evaluate business needs and provide timely and practical HR advice and solutions to stakeholders.
