You will source market leads, craft creative leasing solutions for landlords and tenants, and build a track record as a leading local or cross‑border player.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate or business development.
• EAA license holder.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
• Organized, proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Generate agency business in leasing of office properties with high servicing to corporate clients.
• Source market leads and information; develop creative leasing solutions for vendors/landlords and occupiers/tenants.
• Attend client meetings and accompany clients on site visits.
• Support marketing efforts: pitches, presentations, flyers, market reports.
• Prepare offers to lease, leasing proposals, license agreements and related documents.
• Follow directions from senior directors and work as a cohesive team.
