Job summary

CBRE Advisory Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Leasing Associate to generate agency business in office property leasing, delivering high service to corporate clients and staying abreast of market developments.

You will source market leads, craft creative leasing solutions for landlords and tenants, attend client meetings, support marketing efforts, and help prepare offers and leases while building a track record in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, ideally in business development or client service.
• EAA license holder.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
• Organized team player with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate agency business in leasing of office properties with high service levels.
• Source market leads and provide market insights and data.
• Attend client meetings and accompany site visits.
• Support marketing efforts with pitches and marketing materials.
• Prepare offers to lease, proposals, and related documents.
• Develop relationships to grow repeat business.
• Collaborate with senior directors to meet department targets.
