Responsibilities

• Lease negotiations with landlords/tenants.
• Prepare business cases for client approvals.
• Review tenancy/licence agreements and seek legal advice if needed.
• Close out deals in a timely manner.
• Monitor lease-critical dates to meet contractual obligations.
• Minimize the vacancy rate of the portfolio.
• Ensure payments as per agreement obligations.
• Support in rates/government rent payments per latest values.
• Follow up on deposit refunds and rental relief from landlords.
• Support in the annual budget forecast.
