Job summary

Hip Shing Hong (Holdings) Company Limited is seeking a proactive professional to support general administration, project management for charitable programmes, and stakeholder engagement with schools, NGOs, and community partners. The role also covers communications, including content management and event support.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years in social services or project management, and strong English, Cantonese and Putonghua skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Non-profit Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Communication or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in social service sector and hands-on experiences in project management.
• Fresh graduate with relevant placement experiences may be considered as “Assistant Project Associate”.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Strong digital enabler, proficiency in using AI agents, and MS applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day office administration, meetings and operational tasks.
• Support end-to-end management of charitable programmes and grant-making activities, including due diligence, project assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
• Liaise with grantees, community partners, schools, NGOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate project implementation.
• Manage website content and communication materials; monitor and summarize significant developments for Board briefing.
• Plan and execute ceremonial events, including drafting speeches, press releases, and publicity materials.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments as directed.
