Job summary

A charitable organization in Hong Kong is seeking an (Assistant / Senior) Manager for Charities to manage grant-making and trust-initiated projects. You will evaluate donation applications, conduct research on social issues, and ensure that funded projects are executed effectively and within scope and budget. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in project management and holds a relevant degree. Skills in Excel and PowerPoint are preferred as you will collaborate with government bodies and NGOs to promote community-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in fund or project management.
• Experience in working with government, NGOs, and professional bodies.
• Strong ability to interface with people of various functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Assess donation applications and make recommendations.
• Conduct research on social issues to support project development.
• Monitor approved projects ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with external partners during project lifecycles.
• Prepare presentation materials and support Cultural Transformation initiatives.
