• Experience mentoring junior team members preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotion of grant and subsidy programmes through partner networks and platforms.
• Review applications, identify missing information, and coordinate internal reviews.
• Oversee grant administration, including communications, payments, progress monitoring, and compliance.
• Produce impact stories and content for social media and public communications.
• Support day-to-day operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth processes.
• Supervise and support interns with guidance and oversight.
• Collaborate with the Founder to review progress and refine processes.
• Contribute to refining systems and workflows across the organisation.
