Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in the networking domain, preferably from a Network Operation Center.
• Expert knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, SNMP, and STP protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive managed services, including remote support and monitoring to meet SLA requirements.
• Monitor Tier 1 activities ensuring incidents are resolved timely.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve complex technical issues.
