Network Support Engineer (Cloud, 25-30K)

Responsibilities

• Handle networking related tasks (support and project based).
• Responsible for firewall rules, network configuration, cabling, Wi‑Fi, NAC, SSL Cert, networking within Cloud, Cloud to Cloud connectivity, landing zone, routing, Internet, web filtering, etc.
• Provide technical assistance to dedicated office and sites, occasionally need to visit remote sites for site check, e.g. data centres, remote offices.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in IT, computer engineering or related disciplines.
• 2 years' experience in IT network support.
• Hands‑on experience with Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, firewall etc.
• Good problem‑solving skill and willingness to learn.
• Good communication in both Chinese and English.
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
