Job summary

Spiakl Tech Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Network Support professional to join our growing team. You will support network and security devices, maintain inventory of equipment, and participate in proofs of concept for new products.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in network and security support, with hands-on experience in Check Point or Palo Alto firewalls. CCNP certification or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in network and security implementation or support.
• Experience with Checkpoint or Palo Alto firewall.
• Current certification of CCNP or equivalent proven experience in network implementation or support.

Responsibilities

• Support network and security devices.
• Maintain the inventory record of the network equipment.
• Conduct proof of concept for new network and security products.
• Collaborate with vendors or other service providers to resolve incidents.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisor.

• Current certification of CCNP or network firewall or equivalent proven experience in network implementation or support.
