Job summary

Our client in Hong Kong is seeking a Network Solution Consultant to act as the lead technical advisor through the sales cycle. You will design end-to-end solutions encompassing wireless networks, switches, routers, gateways, and monitoring systems, and prepare comprehensive BOMs and recommendations.

The role requires strong presentation and workshop capabilities, plus experience in PoCs, tender submissions, and solution validation. fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical advisor throughout the sales cycle with expertise in enterprise networking, wireless infrastructure, routing, switching, and security solutions.

• Develop and conduct technical workshops, certification programs, hands-on demos, and enablement sessions to strengthen partner and customer capabilities.
• Support tender submissions, technical proposals, PoCs, and solution validation while addressing pre-sales inquiries.

• Serve as the lead technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, providing expertise in enterprise networking, wireless infrastructure, routing, switching, security related solutions.
• Assess customer business and technical requirements, design scalable end-to-end solutions incorporating wireless networks, switching platforms, gateways, routers, and monitoring systems, and prepare solution recommendations and bill of materials.
• Deliver technical consultations, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and architecture discussions to enterprise customers, channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
• Develop and conduct technical workshops, certification programs, hands-on demonstrations, and enablement sessions to strengthen partner and customer capabilities.
• Support tender submissions, technical proposals, proof-of-concept activities, and solution validation while addressing pre-sales inquiries and project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, wireless technologies, infrastructure solutions, or related B2B technology environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, including Wireless Access Points (Wi-Fi 6/Wi-Fi 7), Layer 2/Layer 3 Managed Switches, Routers, network security concepts etc.
• Hands-on experience with network deployment, troubleshooting, solution implementation, technical workshops, demonstrations, or customer training is preferred.
• Proven ability to design technical solutions, translate customer requirements into practical architectures, and present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese and the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
