Responsibilities

• Network & Hardware: Maintain physical servers, routers, firewalls, switches, and power backup systems.
• Cloud & Tools: Administer and monitor cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise workspace applications (Google, Lark).
• Cybersecurity & Access: Enforce security policies across devices and manage both digital accounts (SSO, permissions) and physical access controls (surveillance, badges).
• Vendor Management: Act as the primary contact point for IT/security vendors and external service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience is a must.
• 2-4 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, systems reliability, and cybersecurity within a corporate environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware maintenance, including routers, firewalls, switches, server cabinets, and power backup systems.
• Familiarity with physical security hardware such as badge access systems, surveillance, and alarm systems.
