Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a pre-sales and technical support professional for our Ang Mo Kio location in Singapore. Working hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a salary range of SGD 5,000 – SGD 6,500 and AWS plus performance bonus.

The role focuses on understanding customer needs and recommending networking solutions, demonstrations, and both on-site and remote support. You will deliver installation guidance, after-sales support, training, and close collaboration with

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support.
• CCNA certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable networking products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers.
• Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions, including onsite/remote technical support and documentation.
• Provide after-sales technical support, diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues.
• Conduct customer training and technical guidance where required.
• Work closely with customers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Support other infrastructure and technical projects as required.

Education
