Ambition is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to partner with business users and translate requirements into NetSuite enhancements. You will map processes, support ERP projects, coordinate testing, data migration, and ensure clear documentation and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or ERP-related projects within a software/tech environment.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP administration, implementation, enhancement, or support is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to map business processes, gather requirements, and design solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and Scrum environments.
• Experience coordinating testing activities, upgrades, or rollouts; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Gather, document, and validate functional requirements for system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Configure and support NetSuite modules to align with evolving business and reporting requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between end users and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate system enhancement projects, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and technical standards.
• Prepare test scenarios, facilitate UAT, and support issue resolution during deployments.
• Maintain business and system documentation including workflow diagrams, specs, and user guides.
• Oversee data-related activities including migration support, integrity checks, uploads, and housekeeping.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and user experience.
