Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP consulting experience with requirement analysis and solution design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for process improvement.
• Experience in ERP modules such as Finance, HR, SCM, or MM beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal ERP consultant to analyze user requirements and identify business needs.
• Review and enhance business processes; define functional improvements, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate project assignments, schedules, and monitor overall progress.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams for project implementation and issue resolution.
• Manage vendor performance to ensure high-quality, accurate, and complete deliverables.
• Conduct system analysis, design, testing, training, and documentation.
• Oversee system testing and implement quality control measures.
• Manage system rollout and data migration processes.
• Provide support and guidance to users for incident troubleshooting and technical issues.
