Job summary

The Executive Centre in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze IT business processes, configure NetSuite, and collaborate with developers to design effective solutions and ensure smooth system integration.

The role requires at least 3 years of BA experience in IT/software, familiarity with Agile/Scrum, and strong reporting and presentation skills; NetSuite experience is highly preferred, with bilingual Chinese and English preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or IT field.
Minimum 3 years as a business analyst in IT software.
Experience with Agile frameworks, preferably Scrum.
Netsuite experience highly preferred.
Experience creating reports and giving presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and improve business processes by identifying requirements and developing solutions.
Analyze requirements to configure and customize NetSuite environment.
Collaborate with clients and developers to gather requirements and feedback for IT system enhancements.
Create and execute test plans for system integration and user acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, flowcharts, and user manuals.
Manage data imports, backups and routine data maintenance.
Propose innovative solutions and ensure system compatibility with Netsuite system.
