Job summary

The Executive Centre in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze IT business processes, configure NetSuite, and collaborate with developers to design effective solutions and ensure smooth system integration.

The role requires at least 3 years of BA experience in IT/software, familiarity with Agile/Scrum, and strong reporting and presentation skills; NetSuite experience is highly preferred, with bilingual Chinese and English preferred.

• Analyze business processes and requirements to configure and customize NetSuite environment
• Collaborate with clients and developers to gather requirements and provide feedback for IT system enhancements
• Create and execute test plans for system integration and user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, flowcharts, and user manuals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience required in business analyst in IT Software field
• Experience with Agile frameworks, preferably ScrumSystem experience in Netsuite is highly preferred
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Self-motivated, proactive, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Experience working with an agile/SCRUM team is a plus
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence is a plus
• Experience working with software system migration projects is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English is preferred
