Job summary

Leadingnation seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect to own the NetSuite ERP strategy and drive global adoption. You will lead a team of ERP Managers and analysts, align ERP roadmaps with executive objectives, and partner with finance, operations, and IT to standardize processes and scale growth across regions.

You will oversee architecture standards, governance, and integration patterns while ensuring data integrity and compliance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in solution architecture, ERP projects, or enterprise applications.
• Minimum 4+ years hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and iPaaS platforms.
• Experience in multinational, multi-subsidiary environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with precision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure ERP designs.
• Define integration patterns and data flows across global units.
• Lead NetSuite design, configuration, and workflow automation.
• Oversee global NetSuite rollouts, localization, and subsidiary enablement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and IT leadership.
• Provide technical oversight during development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage ERP team including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
