Job summary

Party Alc Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple coffee stores in Hong Kong. You will ensure compliance with SOPs, product standards, and safety, while leading staffing, rostering and cost management.

You will monitor KPIs, review P&L with Finance, and drive corrective actions. Knowledge of HK licenses, food safety and labour requirements is essential; prior experience with an international coffee brand is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of operations experience in Hong Kong's F&B, hospitality or coffee-chain sector.
• At least 2 years of multi-store management experience.
• Experience with international coffee brand, large-scale F&B chain or QSR preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HK licensing, food safety, hygiene and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple coffee stores in Hong Kong.
• Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, product standards, food safety and service standards.
• Lead manpower planning, rostering, staffing deployment and labour cost management.
• Monitor store KPIs: sales, AOV, cost of goods, inventory variance, wastage, labour cost.
• Review store-level P&L with Finance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain licences and permits including liquor licences where applicable.
• Support outlets in complying with safety, hygiene and employment requirements.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance management and talent development.
• Handle employee relations and complex employment cases with HR.
• Conduct regular store audits on product quality, hygiene, service and inventory.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints and operational issues.
