HSO Hong Kong Limited seeks a hands-on D365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant to advance our AI-driven solutions within D365FO. You will design, develop, and test X++ customizations, build integrations, and collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Senior candidates may mentor juniors and shape architecture decisions. The role requires strong X++ development, D365FO architecture knowledge, and experience with Visual Studio and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience developing in D365 Finance & Operations using X++.
• Solid understanding of D365FO architecture (AOT, extensions model, and the Application Object Tree).
• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and version control systems.
• Knowledge of D365FO integration tools and data management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and unit test X++ customizations and extensions in D365FO.
• Build and maintain integrations between D365FO and other systems (APIs, data entities, OData).
• Design and build AI agents for clients using D365 MCP to automate workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Troubleshoot issues during development, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Lead technical design and mentor junior developers for senior candidates.
