Job summary

HSO Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to lead enterprise ERP implementations for clients across industries in Asia. You will collaborate with a multinational team on complex digital transformation efforts and grow your expertise across end-to-end client engagements.

Candidates with D365FO experience will be considered for senior roles; diverse ERP platforms are welcome.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in ERP consulting, implementation or support.
Solid understanding of core ERP concepts and business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, project accounting or inventory).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) is an asset.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and design workshops.
Configure and customize ERP modules based on documented requirements.
Prepare FDDs, process flows, data migration and configuration.
Support testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and end-user training.
Provide post go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Collaborate with technical consultants to translate business needs into system solutions.
Track deliverables and timelines with project managers.
