Job summary

Kody is seeking an Implementation Engineer to bridge cutting-edge payment solutions with real-world merchant operations. You will own merchant onboarding, translating requirements into reliable, scalable integration architectures for hospitality and retail clients.

You’ll act as a technical consultant during rollout, guiding client development teams through testing, hardware configuration, and operational troubleshooting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, API integration, consulting, or support.
• Strong problem-solving skills for software, network, or hardware integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Onboarding: lead implementation from discovery to go-live.
• Architect Integration Solutions: design scalable API-based integrations with PMS/POS.
• Serve as a Technical Consultant: guide client teams through testing and hardware setup.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Sales, Product, and Core Engineering.
• Improve Delivery Standards: standardize workflows and documentation, drive enhancements.
