Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support & Onboarding: Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries, guiding businesses through seamless onboarding, setup, and implementation
• Data & Process Operations: Maintain accurate operational documentation, track key operational metrics, and ensure high attention to detail across daily workflows
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, tech, and product teams to streamline processes, solve client issues, and continuously enhance customer satisfaction
• Insights & Analysis: Monitor customer feedback and operational trends to help identify areas for system and process improvements

Requirements:
