Job summary

Carlyle & Co.'s Teak House at Town Club in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will lead the food & beverage service, guide a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our Members.

Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will foster excellence, develop staff, and ensure service standards meet Carlyle & Co.'s renowned quality while maintaining a warm, personal touch.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in restaurant operations management in a similar capacity
• Experience in all-day dining is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English; Cantonese/Mandarin would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Create incredible dining journey for Members in every part of our food & beverage service
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and manage staffing levels to meet operations needs
• Communicate with the Culinary Team and outlet manager to ensure service meets Carlyle & Co. standard of excellence
• Interact with Members to obtain feedback and build positive relationships
• Assist the outlet manager to train the team on menu items and service procedures
• Conduct departmental briefings and meetings to maintain seamless communication
• Estimate operating equipment and supplies consumption and manage purchases within budget
• Represent the Teak House team in the absence of the outlet manager
