Job summary

Carlyle & Co. is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager for Teak House in Central, Hong Kong, to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with the outlet manager and culinary team to ensure service excellence from reservation to departure, and mentor team members. Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations management in a similar capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Ability to work multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and decision making skills.
• Hands-on experience in restaurant administration.
• Good command of spoken and written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create incredible dining journey for Members in every part of our food & beverage service.
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and manage staffing levels to meet operations needs.
• Communicate with the Culinary Team and outlet manager to ensure service from reservation to departure meets Carlyle & Co. level of excellence.
• Interact with Members to obtain feedback and build positive relationships.
• Assist the outlet manager to train the team on menu items, food & beverage recommendation, restaurant operating procedures and Member service.
• Conduct departmental briefings and meetings to maintain seamless communication with the team.
• Estimate operating equipment and supplies consumption and manage the purchase within budget.
• Represent the Teak House team in the absence of the outlet manager.
