Job summary

Carlyle & Co. is seeking a guest-focused Restaurant Operations Lead in Hong Kong to deliver premium dining experiences for Members.

You will build and develop the restaurant team with empathy, encouraging and constructive support, leading by example and upholding the brand’s level of service. You will collaborate with the F&B Service Team to ensure service excellence from food and beverage quality to associate interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in restaurant operations.
• Deep knowledge of drink menu items and F&B recommendations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operating procedures.
• Ability to multitask in an elevated yet informal service environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable dining experiences for Members across F&B service.
• Collaborate with the F&B Service Team to uphold Carlyle & Co. standards of excellence.
• Engage with Members to gather feedback and build strong relationships.
• Support Restaurant Manager in daily operations and maintain high productivity.
