Job summary

Blue Care Medical Services Ltd is hiring a Clinic Assistant to provide quality care to patients in a clinic or outpatient setting. You will assist physicians during examinations and treatments, greet patients, and support administrative tasks.

The role requires experience in the medical field, a proactive attitude, and strong English/Chinese/Mandarin communication. The clinic operates 5.5 days per week with some days off on Sundays/Public holidays.

Qualifications

• Form 7 or above or similar education level.
• Friendly, willing to help, self-initiative and considerate.
• Experience in medical field is a must.
• Experience in assisting dispensing duty is an advantage but is not a must
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin preferred
• Good knowledge of computer software applications preferred
• 5.5 working days, Sundays and Public holidays are free days
• You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrival
• Assisting with various clinical tasks
• Able to perform blood taking, ECG & treadmill ECG
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records & documents
• Providing excellent customer service to patients
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic-in-charge
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Sterilize the used medical devices
• Stocking and tidying up physician’s room
