iRad Medical Holding Limited is seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Hong Kong. You will support financial reporting, month-end close, and compliance across the Group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role covers accounts payable/receivable entries, financial analyses, coordination with external auditors, and tax filings. A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of accounting experience are required; Flex Accounting knowledge is a plus, with strong Excel and

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our finance team at iRad Medical Holding Limited. This role is essential for supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily accounting entries
• Assisting in reviewing the payment processes and monitoring the cash balance of the Group
• Prepare month-end closing and financial reports, including account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, intercompany balance reconciliations
• Contribute to various ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller or management team

Company Secretarial Support

• Assist in maintaining company registers, filing returns, and other regulatory documents

External Audit Support

• Facilitate and coordinate the annual external audit process
• Assist in responding to auditor inquiries and provide requested financial information and explanations

Tax Compliance

• Assist in ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, keeping the company compliant with applicable laws

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing or related roles
• Knowledge in application of Flex Accounting System would be advantageous

Others

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and work independently on various projects
