Job summary

OCBC invites you to lead its Corporate Banking portfolio within the Wholesale Banking Group in Hong Kong. You will drive revenue, manage client relationships, and develop strategies across the bank's products.

Overseeing credit underwriting and risk management, you will build a high-performing team delivering client excellence and strong results. The role requires extensive corporate banking experience, leadership capability, and a strategic mindset to navigate a dynamic market while delivering

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of corporate banking experience with leadership.
  • Strong track record in corporate lending and client development.
  • Extensive credit assessment, portfolio management and risk governance experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong credit analysis and structuring expertise.
  • Ability to lead change and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Corporate Banking business portfolio within the Wholesale Banking Group.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of business KPIs through effective management of existing client relationships and selective acquisition of new clients.
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the Bank's overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and maximize wallet share through cross-selling of the Bank's full suite of products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure sound credit underwriting practices and adherence to approved credit terms and conditions.
  • Monitor portfolio quality and proactively manage risk exposures, promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and responsible banking practices.
  • Build a high-performing and collaborative team culture focused on client excellence and business results.
