Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Senior Credit Analytics professional to lead the Business Management Unit - Credit Analytics & Support Team in daily operations and ad-hoc projects.

You will guide credit analytics, portfolio monitoring, and collaborations with Credit & Loan Operations to streamline approvals and disbursements, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in Corporate/Commercial Banking.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience in Credit Support and Team Leading is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attentive to details and proactive.
  • ECF - Credit Risk Management (CRM) - Professional level - Role 1 & 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to perform credit analytics and support tasks including financial spreading, searches and ratings.
  • Proactively implement credit portfolio control, monitoring and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with Credit & Loan Operation to streamline processes in credit approval and loans disbursement.
  • Assist to conduct credit portfolio analysis / portfolio review and participate in bank-wide credit related projects.
  • Liaise with frontlines and internal teams to formulate and review internal workflows and guidelines on credit-related aspects.
  • Ensure the Division is following the bank’s governing credit policies and regulatory requirement.
  • Perform ad-hoc credit-related tasks and projects including audit reviews and system enhancement projects.
