OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is hiring to drive unsecured loan business, deliver customer service and cross-sell financial products in a fast-paced Hong Kong environment.

You will build relationships with customers, process loan applications, and collaborate with other departments to achieve targets while upholding OCBC's service standards and values. This role offers exposure to a broad retail banking platform and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Diploma education or equivalent.
• Knowledge in customer services skill and sales technique.
• Good market sense and initiative.

Responsible for unsecured loan business acquisition, providing customer services and performing cross-selling.
