Job summary

Logitech in Hong Kong is seeking a high-potential Management Trainee to join our team. This role offers an immersive rotation across Brand & Category Marketing, Social & Digital Communication, Direct-to-Consumer & Channel Marketing, and Core Business Operations.

After a final performance evaluation, you will transition into a permanent marketing or sales role, becoming an official pillar of the Logitech team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Good written and oral English.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and passion to grow in Marketing/Sales.
• Experience in IT, FMCG, or technology industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multi-department teams including Brand & Category Marketing, Social & Digital Communication, DTC & Channel Marketing, and Core Business Operations.
• Undertake a comprehensive rotation and participate in performance evaluations.
• Transition into a permanent marketing or sales role after graduation.
