Hilti Asia Pacific invites high-potential graduates to join the Management Associate Program, a 24‑30 month fast‑track developing leaders across Sales, Marketing and Engineering with multiple rotations. You will rotate through Strategic Marketing, Account Management or Sales Engineering, Product Marketing & Projects, and receive mentorship from senior leaders while exploring regional opportunities.

Overseas on-the-job training and international mobility are supported.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring potential demonstrated through extracurriculars or internships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus.
• Interest in Sales, Marketing or Engineering and a global career mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-30 month fast-track development program across multiple rotations.
• Engage in Strategic Marketing, Account Management or Sales Engineering during rotations.
• Collaborate on Product Marketing & Projects and learn across functions.
