Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree from a reputable university.
• Genuine interest in investment management, financial markets, and business operations.
• Previous internship or work experience gained through either the private or public sector.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Mandarin would be a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational program across multiple business functions, gaining hands‑on exposure to the core areas of an investment management platform.
• Build experience across areas including Client Service, Business Development, Finance, Investment Operations and Corporate Functions etc
• Support investor servicing activities and assist with relationship management initiatives involving institutional clients and prospective investors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support daily business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with senior professionals and receive ongoing mentoring, training, and development throughout the program.
