King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking an Executive Trainee – Experienced for a HK leading developer. The program offers rotational exposure across real estate, logistics, operations and marketing, designed to build future leaders with a strong business mindset.

You will rotate through commercial departments, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and work on large-scale projects while sharpening your analytical and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics). A master's degree is a plus.
• 3-7 years of working experience with a strong business and strategic mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Prior internship or work experience in a related field will be advantageous.
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua

Responsibilities
