WPP Media in Hong Kong invites applications for a Graduate Trainee in an exceptional 18-month rotational program. You'll gain hands-on exposure across key media functions, data, technology, and research, while helping shape company culture through the Young Committee (Y-Co).

As a finalist, you will rotate through Ad-Operations, Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Data Analytics, contributing to campaign management, reporting, and data-driven strategies in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate with interest in media, data and tech.
• Strong passion for media, data and technology landscape with analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Rotational Development: participate in rotations across Biddable Media and Data/Tech to build expertise.
• Campaign Management & Execution: manage end-to-end advertising campaigns and performance analysis.
• Performance Optimization: analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Data Storytelling & Application: visualize data to build client reports and dashboards.
• Uncover Strategic Insights: research competitors, trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
• Leadership & Cultural Contribution: participate in the Young Committee (Y-Co) and company events.
