Nextlink (HK) Technology Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing and Sales Administration assistant to support campaigns, manage materials, and handle social media postings and engagement.

You will work with vendor marketing for events and activities, and provide a full range of sales administration support to the sales team, including calendars, meetings, reports, quotations, and CRM data analysis. Fresh graduates are welcome and English/Mandarin/Cantonese are valued for daily

Formación

• 1-2 years of related experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel/PowerPoint in particular).
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of design / event management / gifts & premiums is an advantage.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Attention to details, able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Provide marketing and general administration support, e.g. manage marketing campaign and materials, handle social media posting and engagement, maintain marketing database.
• Collaborate with vendor's marketing for events and activities.
• Provide full range of sales administration support to sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
• Support daily sales operations, including the preparation of quotations, purchase orders, sales reports, prepare seminar, handle enquiry etc.
• Manage CRM, compile sales data, handle and analyze sales data on a daily or weekly basis.
• Assist with other ad hoc sales/marketing related tasks as needed.
