Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive marketing support professional to assist with launching and promoting seasonal collections across the region.

You will coordinate distribution and management of marketing assets, support marketing initiatives, act as the main contact for brand requests, and oversee logistics for regional events and brand experiences, ensuring timely planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, brands and consumer products.
• A curious and proactive approach, with the willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in spoken and written English.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Confidence using Excel for reporting, tracking and data management.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative and approachable working style, with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to support both marketing activities and day-to-day operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch and promotion of seasonal collections across the region.
• Coordinate the distribution and management of marketing assets to customers.
• Support customer to execute effective marketing initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for marketing requests, materials, and brand support across the region.
• Coordinate logistics for regional events and brand experiences.
• Support marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, customer initiatives, and event outcomes.
