Job summary

Centre Medical Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Sales, Marketing & Administration Officer to support sales activities, coordinate marketing initiatives and maintain smooth daily operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, marketing, administration, or a related role.
• Native or fluent Cantonese with excellent English proficiency and Mandarin communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer enquiries and quotations.
• Experience in marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing and website management.

Responsibilities

• Support online and offline sales activities, including enquiries, quotations, and preparing marketing materials.
• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions.
• Coordinate social media content, digital promotions and collaborations.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
• Coordinate logistics: delivery scheduling and delivery notes follow-up.
• Manage inventory records and stock replenishment.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and availability of materials.
• Provide administrative support for projects and daily operations.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
