Our client - a lifestyle goods hybrid wholesaler - is now looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, uniting the team, and driving integrated marketing initiatives across online, offline, and retail channels.
Integrated Marketing & Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity and support business growth.
Event & Trade Marketing: Lead all Hong Kong-based offline events, pop-ups, and brand activations; develop B2B sales materials and trade marketing assets for Wholesale and Travel Retail.
E-Commerce & Website Oversight: Oversee website updates and daily management of web/e-commerce content (including CMS) to optimize UX and conversion—focused on monitoring rather than hands-on development.
CRM & Member Engagement: Manage CRM activities, lifecycle marketing, and member activation in coordination with the CRM team.
New Business Support: Support upcoming new business ventures and new website initiatives;
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise junior colleagues, ensure aligned goal setting and smooth workflows; unite the marketing team through strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-Commerce, or related discipline.
6–12 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, luxury goods, lifestyle, or travel retail; O2O experience preferred.
Industry Background: Tobacco, beverage, duty-free, or global brand management experience strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience in event management, trade marketing, promotional execution, and website/CMS operations.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and guide junior team members.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, solution-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
