Baronford & Associates in Hong Kong seeks a Marketing Associate to drive marketing and sales development for our portfolio companies, blending digital campaigns with direct outreach in a fast-paced, mentoring-driven environment.

You will implement SEO/SEM, social media promotion, prepare proposals, and contribute to revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on communication across Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Role Summary

We are recruiting a Marketing Associate who is eager to take on marketing/sales development for our portfolio companies and contribute to their continued success. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing/sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth for our portfolio companies
• Launch digital strategies (SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp promotion, etc.)
• Present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (Cantonese, Mandarin, English) and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless focus on driving business growth
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands
• Fluency with Taiwan market is a plus
