Job summary

Photo Juice is a Hong Kong-based photography brand seeking a Marketing Assistant to support multi-channel campaigns and content creation, helping to build brand awareness and drive engagement with target audiences.

You will work closely with senior marketing professionals to ensure smooth delivery of marketing projects and contribute fresh ideas to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Designer a related discipline.
• 1-2 year working experience in marketing. Fresh graduate with good potentiality is also considered
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally
• Solid understanding of digital marketing including Instagram & Rednote
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Basic knowledge with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a must
• Familiarity of photography, visual content, or the creative industry is desirable
• Provide onsite event support, managing venue setup, staff coordination, and real-time troubleshooting
• A passion for marketing and a genuine interest in understanding consumer behaviour and brand development

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media and print
• Support the creation and curation of engaging marketing content, including copywriting, graphics coordination, and multimedia asset management
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
• Manage and update marketing databases, tracking campaign performance metrics and preparing regular reports
• Coordinate social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience enquiries
• Assist with event planning and promotional activities, including logistics coordination and on-site support
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing projects
• Monitor industry trends and marketing best practices to suggest improvements and innovative ideas

About the role

Photo Juice is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in Causeway Bay, Wan Chai District. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the execution of our marketing campaigns and initiatives, helping to build brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audiences.
