The Academïcs Group in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Marketing Executive/Marketing Intern to support store campaigns, social media, and brand activations. You will work with Marketing and Commercial teams to execute campaigns and provide administrative support.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in marketing execution, strong English and Chinese communication, and basic design/video editing skills to turn ideas into activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing execution, social media management, or event coordination. Fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools; MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Social media content creation for Instagram, Facebook, RedBook; monitor interactions.
• Coordinate store campaigns, seasonal beverage launches, and store promotions; prepare POS materials.
• Support brand events, pop-ups, corporate collaborations, and coffee workshops.
• Handle marketing administration: invoices, budgets, calendars, and media lists.
• Research local F&B and coffee trends and competitor promotions.

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Executive/ Marketing Intern to join our team. Working closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams, you will play a hands-on role in executing store campaigns, managing social media channels, supporting brand activations/events, and providing daily administrative support.

What you'll be doing

• Social Media & Content Execution: Assist in creating engaging visuals, short videos, and copy for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, RedBook). Monitor community interactions and respond to inquiries.
• Campaign & Store Promotion Support: Coordinate with retail store teams to execute local marketing campaigns, seasonal beverage launches, and store-level promotions. Prepare POS materials and marketing collateral.
• Events & Activation Support: Provide hands-on operational and logistical support for brand events, pop-up stores, corporate collaborations, and coffee workshops.
• Marketing Administration: Handle daily administrative tasks for the marketing department, including processing invoices, tracking marketing budgets, updating campaign calendars, and maintaining media/partner contact lists.
• Competitor & Trend Research: Monitor local F&B and coffee industry trends, market activities, and competitor promotions to gather insights for upcoming campaigns.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing execution, social media management, or event coordination. (Fresh graduates with strong initiative and coffee passion are welcome!)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Fluent in drafting engaging social media copy and promotional text.
• Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut/Premiere). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
